History

East Frederick St. Home in Corry, PA where Frank & Fred Mitchell grew up in the 1930's. Their next door neighbor, Roberta Spitman was their babysitter when their Father, William Kent Mitchell worked at Raymond's Mfg. (now Associated Springs). She still lives in the same house next door to this one, she was 92 years old in 2008. She remembers Dad & Uncle Frank very well. I believe this is the house they were living in when their Mother, Ruth Barringer Mitchell passed away.

This is where Dad & Uncle Frank went to elementary school. The building is now an administrative building for Corry Area High School.

This is where they went to Corry High School for a few years.

I think their early high school years were spent here. This was located on Fairview St. in Corry.
